Yoga session
On 02/04/2024 and 03/04/2024, Yoga theoretical and practical sessions was organized by our institution. The session was held at Auditorium and at parking area, aimed at promoting physical wellness and mental relaxation among students.
The session was led by trained yoga master, who guided us through a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength, and concentration. The practice included a warm-up, a series of asanas (yoga postures), and a cool-down with relaxation techniques. Participants found the session both refreshing and invigorating, appreciating the opportunity to take a break from their academic routine and focus on their well-being. The instructor provided valuable tips on proper techniques and encouraged everyone to listen to their bodies and practice mindfulness. The yoga session concluded with a brief meditation, allowing participants to reflect and unwind. The feedback from attendees was positive, highlighting the benefits of incorporating yoga into their daily routine to manage stress and enhance overall health.This session was a great success.
