Teacher Training

In the third semester of the B.Ed course, there is an internship training program. I have been assigned to Corporation Higher Secondary School, Rathinapuri on 13.09.2024, which has been a well experience so far. There were a total of 23 members who came for training. We all together met the AHM, were then assigned a guide teacher. This school provides a diverse environment, allowing me to interact with students from various backgrounds and improve my teaching skills. Overall, my training at Rathinapuri School has been a valuable step in my journey toward becoming an effective educator.

On 21 march 2024, our college hosted its first Teaching Learning Material (TLM) display. Our institution open the pathway in order to suceed in future TLM commission, they conduct TLM display specifically for 1st year student teachers. The event was organized to showcase the innovative teaching aids developed by students. I have participated with various teaching aids like matching board, charts, cut out, rotating board, dummy model & ohp sheet.  The TLM display featured a variety of educational tools designed to enhance the learning experience in various subjects. Students exhibited models, charts, and interactive materials that illustrated complex concepts in engaging and understandable ways. On 26/12/2024 & 28/12/2024, NSS students from the Higher Secondary section actively participated in cleaning activities, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining cleanliness and contributing to the community. As teacher guides, we supported and supervised their efforts, and lunch was provided to the students as part of the initiative.

Onam Celebration - 11th September 2024

Our college came alive with joy and festivity as we celebrated Onam on the 11th of September, 2024. The vibrant festival, arranged a beautiful display of the Pookalam (floral rangoli). Students and staff dressed in traditional attire added to the festive atmosphere, making the event even more special.The celebration featured various activities like Thiruvathirakali and traditional songs and dances that gave a glimpse into Kerala's rich cultural heritage. The spirit of unity and togetherness was evident as everyone came together for this festive.  It was a day of joy, laughter, and bonding, reminding us of the significance of Onam – a festival that promotes unity, equality, and the spirit of giving.
